Here at Betts & Co we run a specialist clinic for people accused of all types of driving offences. To make this easier for you we are now able to offer Saturday morning consultations,
(by appointment only).
For a small fixed fee of £25 we can advise you if you should be pleading guilty or not guilty, whether you are eligible for legal aid, and what the penalty may be if you are convicted.
Once we have advised you, you are able to make an informed decision as to whether you want us to represent you in court, want us to write a letter to the court on your behalf, or you may decide to represent yourself.
